Position Available: Server (1)
Type: Full Time or Part Time
Wage: $16-$18 based on experience + Tips



REQUIREMENT

- Experience in server position is preferred but not required
- Fluent in speaking English
- Must be able to work 2-4 days per week
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
- Strong work ethic, team focus, and commitment to going above and beyond to ensure excellent guest service.
- Help keep service area stocked and clean throughout shift.
- Must be able to work weekends

Wage: Negotiable based on experience (Starting Base $55,000+ Bonus based on performance)

REQUIREMENT

- Minimum 2 years of experince as restaurant manager or similar
- Must be able to communicate in English

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Contributing to staffing responsibilities, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and separation
- Must be able to plan, develop, ordering, managing inventory.
- Assisting with the purchasing, storage, usage, and rotation of food and beverage products and supplies while minimizing waste and/or loss
- Creating a positive team atmosphere among team members that encourages accountability and achieves the highest standards of food, beverage, service and hospitality
- Delivering excellent guest service including personally greeting and engaging with guests
- Resolving complaints from guests in a polite, effective, and friendly manner
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and workplace safety procedures including food handling, storage, and temperature; performing daily safety inspections and complying with IIPP; complying with legal regulations
- Helping with the duties of other team members (e.g., front desk, server, cook, etc.) when necessary because of an unexpected absence or extra volume
- Performing other duties as assigned
