Program Coordinator(Korean Speaking)

Institute of Global Exchange (IGE) is a non-profit-organization dedicated to promoting exchange experience between the United States and other countries in the world. We are designated as J-1 visa sponsor in Intern and Trainee Programs from the U.S. Department of State as we provide foreign students and professionals with training opportunities in the United States through J-1 visa.

Job Duties:

Job Placement
Communicating with clients and hiring companies
Preparing candidates for interviews and assisting visa application process
Drafting marketing materials and other duties as assigned

Job Skills:

Bilingual in English and Korean
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Responsible and detail-oriented
Must have good communication skills and be a good team player
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Type:

Full-time (Mon-Fri 10:00AM to 6:30PM)

회사 매칭
고객 및 고용 회사와의 커뮤니케이션
면접을 위한 후보자들을 준비하고 비자 신청 프로세스를 돕는 것
마케팅 자료 작성 및 기타 업무 수행

직무 요구 사항:

영어와 한국어 능통
기본 컴퓨터 기술 (Microsoft Office)
책임감이 있고 세부 사항을 중시하는 성격
좋은 커뮤니케이션 기술 및 팀원으로서의 역량
빠른 작업 환경에서 일할 수 있는 능력

직무 유형:

정규직 (월-금 오전 10시부터 오후 6시 30분까지)
